As a Water Damage Technician, you will be the frontline responder to water damage emergencies across the Las Vegas valley. You will perform water extraction, set up structural drying equipment, conduct moisture mapping, and ensure affected properties are restored to pre-loss condition. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional ready for on-call work.
The Field Project Manager oversees restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. You will manage field crews, coordinate with homeowners and insurance representatives, ensure projects stay on schedule and budget, and maintain the high quality standards M&M Restoration is known for.
