Based in Las Vegas, we serve homeowners and businesses with a full range of services including water damage mitigation, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, sewage cleanup and complete home renovation projects as well as commercial TIs.

M&M was founded by lifelong friends Jake Dadon and Uri Shalev, who decided to team up after Jake experienced a major flood in his own home. That personal experience inspired the idea for a company that would prioritize customer trust, fast action and high standards. Together, they realized that with their combined backgrounds and values, they could deliver something better—restoration with integrity, transparency, and a personal touch.
Jake brings over 15 years of experience in property management and real estate, with a strong passion for remodeling and design. He is also a licensed public adjuster (PA), offering our clients valuable insight when navigating the claims process. Jake lives in Las Vegas with his wife, two children and a dog.
Uri’s background is rooted in high-level project management, having worked with leading global cybersecurity companies before transitioning into property management. For the past three years, Uri has overseen residential property projects with a sharp eye for detail and efficiency. He currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife and two young kids.
As proud veterans of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Jake and Uri carry the discipline, resilience, and teamwork they developed during their service into every job they take on.
