As a Water Damage Technician, you will be the frontline responder to water damage emergencies across the Las Vegas valley. You will perform water extraction, set up structural drying equipment, conduct moisture mapping, and ensure affected properties are restored to pre-loss condition. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional ready for on-call work.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water damage calls promptly
• Perform water extraction and content manipulation
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
• Conduct moisture readings and document drying progress
• Perform mold prevention treatments as needed
• Maintain detailed job documentation and photos
• Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
• Willingness to be on-call and work flexible hours
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification
• Prior experience in water damage restoration
• Familiarity with Xactimate or restoration project software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Job Description

The Field Project Manager oversees restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. You will manage field crews, coordinate with homeowners and insurance representatives, ensure projects stay on schedule and budget, and maintain the high quality standards M&M Restoration is known for. This is a leadership role for an experienced restoration professional ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously
• Conduct initial property assessments and scope of work
• Supervise and coordinate field technician crews
• Prepare and review project estimates using Xactimate
• Communicate project status to homeowners and insurance adjusters
• Ensure all work meets IICRC S500/S520 standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation
• Conduct quality control inspections on completed work

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the restoration industry
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Proven experience managing field teams and projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with clients and adjusters
• Proficiency with project documentation and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT)
• Xactimate proficiency
• Experience working with insurance carriers and TPAs
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
