Great things to say about M&M! When I had an unexpected leak on my property, it was overwhelming for sure. From our first conversation M&M was really helpful - responsive, professional and reassuring. They arrived on time and immediately began taking action to limit damage and begin restoration. They also took the time to explain everything to me, answer questions and layout all the steps that would need to be taken. The biggest help was they worked with my insurance company to confirm my coverage and get full reimbursement. If you ever experience water damage, don't try remediating yourself. Call M&M to make sure you get everything deserved - stress-free.

Our process begins with a thorough inspection to assess the extent of water damage and identify affected areas.
Using advanced moisture detection tools, we locate hidden water pockets and determine the best course of action. This step helps us create a tailored mitigation plan to prevent further structural damage and mold growth.
Once the damage is assessed, we move quickly to extract standing water using industrial-grade pumps and vacuums.
To ensure proper drying, we may need to remove irreversibly damaged materials such as drywall, hardwood, tile, and other flooring materials. This step prevents trapped water from causing further damage, preparing the affected areas for thorough drying.
After water extraction, we deploy high-powered air movers and dehumidifiers to remove excess moisture from walls, floors, and the air.
We continuously monitor humidity levels and adjust equipment as needed to ensure a complete and efficient drying process. This step is essential for preventing long-term damage, such as warping, swelling, and mold development.
Once all the water damage has been mitigated, we move to thoroughly clean and disinfect all affected areas to eliminate bacteria, mold, and lingering odors.
Using industry-grade antimicrobial treatments and air purification methods, we ensure a safe and healthy environment for the restoration phase. This step is especially important for preventing future issues and ensuring your property is fully prepared for reconstruction.
Thanks to our licensed general contractor (GC) services, we handle everything from minor repairs like drywall replacement and flooring restoration to full-scale reconstruction if necessary.
Our goal is to return your home or business to its pre-damage condition as efficiently as possible.

Henderson isn’t one kind of house. Green Valley and the older sections near Boulder Highway have homes from the 80s and 90s, where original plumbing and water heaters are reaching the end of their lives, and a failed heater or supply line is the classic flood we see there. Anthem, Seven Hills, and MacDonald Ranch bring big two-story floor plans where an upstairs bathroom leak ends up in the kitchen ceiling. And in newer communities like Inspirada and Cadence, it’s often builder-grade fittings and appliance lines that let go in year five or six.
We’ve dried all of them. The point isn’t the tour, it’s that the crew showing up has seen your floor plan before and knows where the water hides in it.
Water damage gets worse by the hour, not the day. So we don’t do office hours: whoever answers dispatches a crew, day or night, weekends and holidays included. First move is getting the water stopped at the valve; if the break itself needs a plumber, we’ll tell you straight and you can have one work alongside us. From there we extract the standing water, map how far the moisture traveled with meters, and get drying equipment running the same visit.
Most restoration outfits dry your house and hand you a business card for a contractor. We are the contractor. M&M holds a Nevada general contractor license (#B 0093581), so the same team that handles the extraction and drying also hangs the new drywall, lays the flooring, and paints. And because we keep a public adjuster in-house, your insurance claim gets worked by someone who does this every day: documented from the first photo, handled with the carrier directly, and fought for the scope the damage actually justifies.
We dispatch from the Las Vegas Valley 24/7. Henderson response is typically fast because crews are already working across the valley; when you call, we’ll give you an honest ETA for right now, not a script.
Usually yes for sudden and accidental damage, like a burst pipe or failed water heater, and usually no for long-term seepage. Our in-house adjuster reviews your policy and handles the claim with you. Read our water damage insurance claim guide for the full picture.
Yes. We’re a licensed general contractor, so drywall, flooring, cabinets, paint, the full rebuild to pre-loss condition happens in-house.
Shut off the water at the valve if you can reach it safely, kill power to wet areas at the breaker if it’s safe, move what’s movable, and take photos. Then leave the rest to us.
